Finding and deleting itunes removed songs from music folder

Im upgrading to a new mac, so moving everything across from my old one. The new machine is a laptop so theres a little bit less hard drive space.
After clearing out as much as I could from apps, docs etc. I remembered itunes.
Now when you delete a song in itunes it asks you if you want to 'remove' it from itune this is basically removing it from the library, however the file is still left in your music folder. The other option is to 'delete' the file from your hard drive.
In the past I have removed files rather than delete them as im was paranoid incase i needed to find them again one day.
However now I have a lot of audio files that are not used in my library but sitting around in my music folder taking up hard drive space.
Im looking for a way to select all the removed itune files in the music folder and delete them completely. At the moment iv looked at software options but as far as I can see there are none.
If you have any ideas please let me know.
